Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Measure yourself and compare your measurements to the chart. For the socks, size by your shoe size (for example, S/M suits a EU 38–42 foot [adjust to your chart]). If you’re between two sizes, we recommend [sizing up for comfort / choosing the smaller size for a firmer feel]. Still unsure? Send us your measurements and we’ll help you pick.
How do I put on the compression socks?
Turn the sock inside out down to the heel, slide your foot in, then roll the fabric up over your ankle and calf. Smooth out any wrinkles, and make sure the top band sits flat without folding over. Compression socks feel snug by design, so putting them on takes a little practice.
How do I fit the insoles?
Remove the original insole from your shoe and use it as a template. Trim the new insole along the guide lines, then place it in your shoe with the heel pushed firmly to the back. They’re ultra-thin, so they fit most sneakers, work shoes, and casual shoes.
How do I wear the knee pad correctly?
Slide it over your foot and up to your knee, with the opening positioned over your kneecap. Adjust the anti-slip belt so it feels secure but not too tight. It should stay in place without restricting circulation or movement.
Do I need to break them in?
Compression socks and insoles may feel different at first. We suggest wearing them for a few hours a day during the first week so your feet can adapt.
Using the Products
Can I use them while exercising?
Yes. Our products are designed for active use: running, hiking, basketball, football, gym sessions, and more. The breathable, lightweight knit keeps your feet comfortable, and the secure fit helps everything stay in place while you move.
Can I use them throughout the day?
Absolutely. They’re made for all-day comfort, whether you’re on your feet at work, traveling, or running errands. If you’ve never worn compression or insoles before, start with a few hours and build up gradually.
Can I wear compression socks to sleep?
We don’t recommend sleeping in compression socks unless a healthcare professional has advised it. They’re designed for daytime activity.
What does 20-30 mmHg compression mean?
It measures the pressure the sock applies at the ankle, and 20-30 mmHg is a firm level of graduated compression. The pressure is strongest at the ankle and gradually lessens up the leg, giving a supported feel.
Can I wear the insoles in any shoe?
They’re trim-to-fit and ultra-thin, so they work in most shoes, including running shoes, sneakers, boots, and work shoes. They may be a tight fit in very narrow or low-volume shoes (like ballet flats).
Are the products suitable for people with specific conditions?
Our products are designed for comfort and support in everyday life and sports. They are not medical devices and don’t replace professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition (such as diabetes, circulation problems, or an existing injury) or are pregnant, please check with your doctor before use.

Care & Durability
How do I care for this product?
-
Socks: Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water [or hand wash]. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which can reduce elasticity. Air dry flat.
-
Insoles: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let them air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
-
Knee pads: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and air dry. Do not wring or iron.
How long will they last?
With proper care, our products are built to last for many months of regular use. Compression socks naturally lose some elasticity over time, so we suggest replacing them every 3–6 months if you wear them daily.
